Noise in the back right around where fuel pump

I have a 2012 4runner stock model. the other day i went into garage and heard a noise like electric motor running. i looked under and could not locate the source of the noise but it was definitely in the area where the spare wheel is attached so probably around the fuel pump area. the car has been off since night before and so i restarted the engine, revved it up a few times turned of the engine and checked for the noise which had dissapeared.

Is this normal or is my pump going out? or any other ideas? No engine lights or anything came on....

I posted a thread about this a month or so ago, I heard the same thing. Normal from what others have informed me.
