There is a TSB for rear seat rattle noises.
I had a door panel rattle on my 2012 limited and took it in under warranty. They used a Toyota anti rattle foam kit and the sound is gone. My 4runner has the 800 watt JBL stereo with kick ass factory speakers and that's when I would notice the rattle when the bass was set higher. My 4runner is actually really quite inside, no other rattles since the door panel and I'm at 53k. Great truck.
