NooB HID Question: Parts List

I have a silver '04 Sport. I'm going to go with the HID setup for both low-beam and fogs. However, I'm a little confused as to the parts list. Do I need the following:

• ballast
• projector
• conversion kit
• bulb

Am I missing something? Do the kits come with all of these items? Should I just call one of the vendors and trust them to sell me what I need?

Bought mine from ddmtuning.com, comes with everything needed for installation.
