noob question about wiring turn signal

currently using motorcycle led turn signal for my 4runner (front end)

I am planning to change to cube spot light as turn signal.

my question is: is it ok to run the wire straight to oem turn signal wire? or should I run the relay between spot light wire and oem turn signal wire?

have anyone done this before?

If it's LED, you'll likely need a resistor. LowRange Offroad sells some for their LED kits....but I'm not sure they are the right rating for your MC light.
