For me, I won't be ordering CH4x4 switches in the future and will stick to AOB. Though, I'll use the CH4x4 one that I have. The material and feel of the button click is better with the AOB. Also, in case you didn't notice, I have my CH4x4 switch sticking out further than the rest of the switches because if you push the switch all the way into to mounting hole, the mounting frame around the switch slightly blocks the travel of the switch to the point where you can no longer turn on (click) the switch. I wrapped the switch with electrical tape to make it tight and prevent it from accidentally moving further into the mounting hole. Also there are more switch openings available. I think there are at least 3 more available for me after installing these 2. The wiring is also longer with the AOB switch.

Finished installing my front facing camera today.


Back of the navigation with all the connections hooked up.


Front emblem removed.


This is what the back of the emblem looks like.


Used a dremel for the cutout for the camera.


Fits perfectly!

Had to cut some of the grill out to fit the camera.

haha yea it could have been me. I do go to downtown SJ every so often. And thanks, your ride is looking pretty good too. Came back from the dead. I'm already looking forward to next winter. I'm sure you'll have a blast in the 4Runner.

Went with 885s for the front and 889s in the rear. Made my decision based mostly on the reviews that I found on the forums.

Should give me 3" of lift The max amount before needing to do other mods to keep the suspensions geometry in check.

How is the ride.. My SR5 2016 is kinda rough on bumps.. When breaking, it nosedives a lot..

Haven't installed it yet but hoping for it to be much firmer than stock.

I think you may want to look into UCAs to keep the suspension geometry in check at 3".

Yea I was on the fence about UCAs for the near term and I know I may not be able to get perfect alignment specs. I'll be upgrading those for sure in the future but plenty of folks are running the same amount of lift with stock UCAs. I should be able to hold out until a deal or group buy comes up for UCAs lol. ray2:

Its part of the source selector dongle. You also need the override dongle to use it.

I had been thinking of having a multiple GoPro setup with cameras around the truck feeding to an iPad. Of course, it would be cost prohibitive - but cool!

Just finished up getting my truck aligned. As expected, caster is off but everything else is good. Truck drives straight and true.
