Now I need help

Replacing my 6 disk jbl in a 03 limited. I am using a single din I had in my honda civic. After installing thr tyto 1 harness, I keep getting everything right for 5 seconds, then i lose the front speakers. What did I do wrong?

did you run new speaker wire? is it possible the speaker wire connection to the head unit loosened at all during the install? It seems strange that you're getting five seconds worth of sound and then it cuts...hm.

Talk to crutchfield maybe?

Here is where it stands. The Sony unit I robbed from my Honda had 2 rca places on back BIS IN and rear/sub out. I had the tyto 1 plugged into those. That I think was thr problem, I threw in my old 98 Alpine with 2 sets of rcas and it works fine, so now until i can find a decent single din I will be letting the Alpine play. Old but still decent. Not sure if that was entire problem but it makes snce to me. Still having to replace the lights behind my temp selector too, so th dash will be half way out again Tuesday.

Same thing with the lights happened to me when I got my deck installed... well with the RCA's... they were probably connected to the factory amp... so maybe that was the problem?

There's gotta be RCA's coming from that amp... at least 3, probably more, right? Clemson, any of you guys know?
