I know there's a lot of PNW folks here, how many are going to NWOR this year?
About the Northwest Overland Rally

Finally getting to that season, still a lot of snow up high and in shaded areas but its melting off more all the time. Some mud slides in clear cut areas, and downed trees. Chainsaws and shovels are a necessity.

Will be leading some trail runs again this year. Nothing hardcore, mostly forest service roads showing off the area. I think Nitro Gear (Just Differentials) typically does some more hard core stuff.

We spent last weekend pre-running some of the trail rides, making sure no major winter damage, trees down, etc. Because it was a holiday weekend, of course it was raining pretty good most of the time. Of course that made things interesting as the forest/logging roads turn into VERY slick mud tracks. These runs aren't technical at all (except when they're mud skating tracks), the idea is to get people out and see the area. Of course there were the last 2 patches of snow up at Sugarloaf Fire Lookout, seems to be the last to melt off every year.
