I take it your trying to put a oem Nav in a truck that didn't come with it.
There's no such thing as a wiring harness just for the oem nav system. The factory wiring harnesses contains all the wires for the truck and are like trees with branches coming off .It is installed first thing after the body is put on the frame and is specific to the model and upgrade packages that are going to be built.
Now they do make aftermarket adapters that adapt the connectors between factory and aftermarket systems.
Here is what a oem harness looks like out of a vehicle and you can see it coming through your truck at the firewall and is about as big as my wrist. Somewhere in that bundle is the stereo wires specific to your truck along with most of the interior wires branching throughout the truck.

I have no idea how you would get the different connectors as they come as part of the wiring harness that has wires coming off coming up to the GPS antenna contained in the middle of the dash on a shelf for one. You would need to check the wiring diagrams we have here on the forum to see the differences between JBL and JBL Nav and pin them out. I would think they would be close.This is just my opinion but the factory nav was not that great and is not worth the time and headaches compared to just going aftermarket and the adapters or a stand alone Garmin . I know some people like the factory look and would be the only reason for someone to want one.

2010 Limited here with factory navigation (pre entune). If navigation only is your main reason for wanting the head unit, I would go aftermarket. The OEM one isn't bad, but I is far from great.
Some of the newer head units will port Google Navigation from your phone, or simply have better maps and interfaces.
I would go to some auto audio stores and play with a bunch of different head units. May actually be cheaper too.

Read that thread and got no conclusion if he had intalled... The only reason is for The oem look

A good place to start would be a wrecking yard. A good source for a nationwide database is www.car-part.com. I searched for wiring harnesses for 2010-2013 and it pulled up three. There is also a company called Aeromotive who makes harnesses/connectors/etc (Automotive Wire Harnesses and Connectors), for specific applications. Good luck!
