OEM Radio Options?

What options are there for 3rd gen? We bought used with an aftermarket and I was thinking of buying a double din 3rd gen CD OEM unit to make it back to stock.

Do any other units work? The Scion? 4th gen? I am looking for plub and play, ideally, or with a harness... and I really want OEM look.
