Oem roof rack tightening wheel

I've looked all over the internet looking for the part number for this piece. It's the star shaped tightener for the front and rear cross beams of our oem roof racks. Can't find it on eBay either, for lack of part number or proper name. I know my best bet is a salvage yard but I was at the nearest one today and struck out. Any help would be great, thanks guys.

Are you looking for the tool to remove them or the screw itself? I believe what you are referring to though regardless is either a torx screwdriver or a torx screw. Hope that helps.

EDIT: never mind, after reading this again I know exactly what you're referring to. I would do what Mark recommended and just search the junkyards. There are plenty of junked runners in Chicago just from the rust. I'd be willing to find the part for you if you just cover the cost of the item and shipping. Just let me know if that's something you're interested in.

Just keep looking in junkyards, eventually one will show up. I have an extra one I think but I'm on the opposite corner of the continent. In the meantime you could put in a metric bolts with hex head and use an allen key to tighten. A bike shop will have the same thread.

Thanks for the help! Really appreciate you willing to grab them for me but like Mark said, I will eventually run across one I'm sure!
He also made a great point about grabbing the a similar bolt, m6. I am going to try that in the meantime and see if it works.

Just use a fine thread 10m bolt, same stuff thats how I have my custom rack mounted to my roof using the stock brackets
