Is it too late?

I would like to join if there is any room left problem is i'm not sure if something will come up that weekend. I can bring ice cream and cake if I make it, it's been a while since I attended a get together here on T4R.

Hey Dudes,



Sean (aka [MENTION=102606]infamousRNR[/MENTION]) and I have decided it's time for another get-together for some BBQ, Beers, and showing off our Sick Mods. If you live in the California Bay Area or you're willing to make the trek to our neck of the woods, you're welcome to join in on the fun.



This is going to be a Pot Luck / BYOB. Sean and I will be providing the main smorgasbord of meats and heart attack cheesy garlic bread.



What should you bring?

Bring some type of side dish, salad, dessert or snack and of course your favorite beverage. In order to create a good variety of foods to share with each other, I created a Google Doc for you to sign up and specify what you plan on bringing to share. When you sign up, look through the list of things people plan on bringing and try not to choose something that's already being provided by a couple other people. Basically the goal is to not have 50 guys all bringing a bag of chips as their contribution.

Will there be wrenching going on?

That's up to you. You will need to take the lead on what you want to do or have somebody there that will take the lead. Sean and I will be busy with all the food and other things and can't get tied up with a repair or mod. However, we will help out where we can and there will be plenty of knowledgeable people in attendance to help out as well. People are welcome to use my tools. Just make sure they make it back into my garage after you're done.



Attendance Limit

We decided we'd limit the attendance to the first 50 people who sign up. If you're one of our usual attendees/friends, make sure you sign up early. At some point, we plan on putting this out to members of the Facebook page 3rd Gen Mafia, members of Tacoma World and an open invitation to our YouTube channel subscribers.



Party Address

After you sign up on the Google Doc, send me a PM letting me know you plan on attending the party and I'll send you my address.

Sent Tim a PM earlier actually that I won't be making it.

The consuming house remodel is on schedule actually, and while I can afford and very much welcome a day-off, my pop is being discharged tomorrow. He went to the ER about three weeks back... I'll be making his house cane and walker-friendly, installing grab bars, so some pretty important things.

Good eats + good people, + some beverages for sure... Enjoy! Will be thinking of you all.

I might have 1 extra. Should I bring my extra popup canopy?

Do we need an extra cooler for drinks or anything?

Bring the pop-up canopy and the cooler. I have 2 canopies already but a 3rd might be nice to put on the lawn for people to get out of the sun. Thanks.

Me and Eric [MENTION=47554]t4r4life[/MENTION] are planning on meeting at In n out in Dublin off Hopyard at 10am if you want to Leet us there. He is coming from Concord and me Brentwood.

6015 Johnson drive, Pleasanton? (Based on google maps)... I don't see why not. Me and Mark were gonna be leaving our meetup spot in Benicia around 9:15 or so of all goes well so we should be right on time for that In and Out.

I’ll be leaving Napa at 8:30ish
If all goes well with my son (when he wakes up and finishes eating breakfast.)
I used to work in that area where [MENTION=15034]4reak[/MENTION]show and I are meeting so it’ll take me 25-30min with traffic to get there. [MENTION=120071]mtbtim[/MENTION] Sean text me yesterday and asked me to bring a table so I’ll be taking that.

What time will you be leaving LA, I’m from Woodland Hills, leaving here at 3am if you want to drive up together.

Hey there. I live in Brentwood in Northern California just outside of the Bay Area not the one in SoCal. Man your taking a trek up here from LA. Get up here safe and we will see you tomorrow.
