Gaskets are here and I will start to put it back togther tomorrow. Hoping for the best.

Not sure of a few items, but it should go together well. Hoping that the fan gets here in the next few days so that I can cool it and test drive it.

I did grab a used ECU while I was at Pic a Part the other day when I grabbed the connector for the sensor wire, hoping I don't need it, but if things are still wacky, it will be on the "Give it a shot" list. Not so hard to plug it in and try.

Well, I waited for my other parts to come in before getting started. So today I put the knock sensor in and the connector that was missing also. Not sure if it is wired right, so it is a temp job for the moment.

It is strange, but the manual states that the manifold is torqued to 13 ftlbs. This is not very tight. Is this correct? Just checking before I move on. I can say that when I took it off it seemed to be MUCH tighter then 13 ftlbs...

I have the fan and replacement radiator here as well. The fan moves some air I will tell you... Over 3000 CFM so it is moving out... It is only 14 1/2 inches across, would have loved to get one that is 16", but it did not move the air. At only 1450 CFM thought this was better.

I still have to get the switch and get it wired, I will hot wire it for testing...

Hope to have it together in a few days as I will be gone for the weekend. So Monday or Tuesday I should be ready to go...

13 ft lbs sounds about right for that. Make sure you follow the FSM for the tq specs. You do not want to over torque hardware and either break it inside the block or manifold, or worse... strip the threads out.

Okay, I put it all back together and stilll have the same issue, runs like crap. I have a Trottle Position Sensor here and I am going to put that on too.

Not sure what the issue is, but it is driving me crazy...

Can someone with a good 3.0 that is running right please take some pictures of the passenger side of the motor so I can verify the vaccume lines are hooked up as they should be.
