Old Springs & Shocks worth anything?

I just finished installing the Toytec Ultimate kit and wondered if my old X-reas shocks and springs are worth anything? Should I just throw them away/recycle them?

I got $50 for my shocks on Craigslist. They only had 2k miles on them though

stock take offs are generally worth nothing, aside from wheels/tires perhaps.

Put them on eBay. There's some hack job body shop out there fixing someone's 4Runner that also had suspension damage. And they're looking for used parts to pad the claim with.
