OME lift question

I want the medium ome lift but i'm not sure exactly everything i need. What do i need to buy?

I've tried several lift setups and I absolutely love the Toytec super flex rear coils with the 60020 OME shock. The shock is at least 1" longer than the Bilstein 5100 for 4Rs and the ride is great. I had OME 884s up front but swapped for Bilstein adjustable 5100s and stock coils... nice ride. Either way can't go wrong. Unless you get the HD OME springs and you don't have aftermarket bumpers or tow or carry mucho cargo.
