OME Lift with 285/70r17 and Ultra Gauntlet Wheels Question

I am about to have my local shop install a new OME 3" lift (toytec front spacer as well and trim packer) with LR UCA's on my 2014 SR5. My question is more after the lift is installed; I would like to put either 285/70r17 or 285/65r18 tires and Ultra Gauntlet wheels. I want to confirm the wheel offset to get an aggresive stance and get your imput on the tire size choices. I greatly appreciate it!

You'll need to do some homework on offset and wheel width to get the look that you're going for. For example, the FN Countersteer Type X is a very popular wheel here on the forums that is 17x8 with a -10mm offset. It's pretty much equal to the stock offset with a +1.25" spacer on it. Not to mention the wheels are only like 21'bs a piece. Stock is 27lbs.

This time around I went with lighter wheels and tires. Where as I didn't pay it that much attention on my FJ. I had Ultra Gauntlets on my FJ and I will caution you that their looks/price aren't worth their weight. HEAVY.
