Okay,
So I recently upgraded from stock set up to:
Daystar 2.5/1.5, FJ wheels, and BFG AT KO's 265/70/R17.
Love the look - but got a little bugged by the rubbing noise with the wheel turned, so I did the trimming almost like this:

I did almost the same thing but I was able to re-use the OEM clips.
Awesome website by the way.
But I still get some rubbing noise. After I looked at it a bit I figured out the rubbing is coming from the upper part of the mud flap behind the front wheels.
Any suggestions? Maybe I just gotta deal with it, I don't think it causes damage but just is a little annoying.
