original stripes

I'm not sure if there's already a post on restoring/protecting original stripes from the 1st gens, I just want to know if any of you guys have any ideas on how to do so.

i know that ive read somewhere online of someone buying a FULL retro/original decal kit, just cant remember where. you check ebay yet?

If you really like the original stripes that is not too bad of a price. But for that much you may be able to have a vinyl shop put on something a bit snazzier.

Wow I didn't realize that the decals were so pricey. When I bought my 94, it came with stripes for both sides that the prior owner never got around to doing. Guess I got lucky with those.

I love my original stripes. If you have a nice rig, this would definitely be worth it.

My paint is pretty good well atleast I think for being original and I didn't like the stripes at first but they've grown on me and their beginning to crack and I want to save them because

as stated above they can be pretty pricey
