Anybody going to be in the Ouray,CO area Aug 24-26? Never been to that area and want to run the easier trails (Alpine Loop, etc).

Anybody going to be in the Ouray,CO area Aug 24-26? Never been to that area and want to run the easier trails (Alpine Loop, etc).

Hopefully I'll be signing the paperwork for my new truck, but we'll see. Have fun. It's beautiful out there. Stop by the brewing company in Ouray. Good place to each lunch and have a beer before running afternoon trails.

Man, I'm up here right now. Just went to Yankee Boy Basin. Not too difficult, though past the falls right at the end it gets a little rough. Went up to Clear Lake closer to Silverton. That was pretty easy. Going to run Imogene Pass & Ophir Pass tomorrow. Lots of people on the trails.
