Hello everyone, new member, just love this forum. Bought my 2011 Trail edition March 5th. Had a 1990 SR5 4Runner for 16 years best vehicle I ever owned. I'm writing to you from Canada, would like to find out more about Overland Warehoses 2.0 lift and UCA's. I sent them an E-mail and posted questions on their Facebook page with my daughter,s help but I haven,t heard back. Any help would be appreciated and for the Canadians out there who may have bought this lift, whats the cheapest and best way to get this product across the border. Thanks

I know my bias towards Overland Warehouse is evident here but you'll be hard- pressed to find an aftermarket suspension supplier that offers better customer service.
Rather than emailing Overland Warehouse, I suggest you call and speak to Andries Engelbrecht. I've had him answer or return my calls as late as 10:00pm Pacific time.
Andries will answer all your questions and will offer suggestions depending on how you intend to use your 4Runner. He can offer options regarding spring rates, shock valving, UCAs and if Overland Warehouse doesn't sell it, he'll refer you to someone who does. In my case, he even discounted the shipping cost to Calgary. Andries is also very helpful in answering installation and maintenance questions.
Personally, I run the 2.5 OW front coilovers with 700 lb/in coils, rear 2.5 OW shocks, Sway-Away 1.5" rear coils, Light Racing UCAs. I opted for the 2.5 set-up because of the weight my suspension will ultimately need to carry. I'm extremely happy with my combination of components and I'm sure Intruder will offer his comments on his 2.0 OW suspension. BTW, Intruder wheels his 4Runner far harder than I do mine.

I don't really have anything to add that hasn't already been said. Like pawzitiv said, tell Andries or Mark what you plan on doing with your truck and they'll recommend the right kit for you. As for shipping, it wasn't too bad compared to something really heavy like sliders and skids. If you want to save yourself a bit of money, broker the shipment yourself. I did that with my BajaRack and it was pretty painless and easily saved me $200+ that UP$ would've charged to do it.

Did notice on Pawzitif's album that you have Pro Comp 7028 rims, I haven't decided between 7028's or 7105's yet except that they tell me the 7105's are backordered with no delivery date yet. Do you have any spacers behind them rims if not they seem to fit wheel well just right and out to edge of fender like a custom fit.

No wheel spacers needed. The 4.75" backspacing of the 8.5" wide ProComp wheels works out perfectly on the 5th Gen 4Runner.
Seems many of ProComp's wheels are subject to a manufacturing delay but I do believe a few places have the 7028 wheels still in stock. If you do order a set of ProComps, just remember to use ET-style lugnuts; the hub area of the ProComps is quite thick and the ET-style lugnuts will give you the needed extra thread engagement on the wheel studs.

I've been talking to Andrias about lifting my runner with the 2.0 lift, uca's, pro comp 7028's and 285/70r/17 BF A/T's asked him if there were any other mod's I'd have to make, He listed some posibble issues like removing front and rear mud flaps for clearance during full articulation or full steering lock also other possible clearance issues depending on how the adjustments were done. Noticed on your photos you didn't remove the mud flaps, do you or anyone else have any clearance issues other then the fender liner

I have no clearance issues or any rubbing at full stuff, even with the OEM mudflaps in place. Selecting a 8.5" wide wheel with 4.75" BS (like the ProComp 7028) is the first step to eliminating rubbing with 285s. Also selecting a 285 tire that doesn't have too square a profile where the tread meets the sidewall certainly helps. For example, while the Duratrac is a great tire, it's too square a profile; my Coopers have a narrower tread face while still having the same section width as the Duratracs, giving a more rounded profile. Then there are some simple mods that need to be done if you want to eliminate ALL rubbing while still retaining the OEM mudflaps.
You'll have to flattened the "hump" in the mudflaps. The "hump" sits in front of the body mount but there is space between the body mount and the mudflap "hump". Modifying this is just a matter of making a couple of slits in the mudflap with a utility knife, flattening the hump and then overlapping the cut portions and using pop rivets to re-join the mudflap sections back together. It's hard to describe but it will be quite obvious what is needed when you look at the mudflap.
You'll also need to do harper7's fender liner mod:

The only other secret to eliminating any rubbing is to find a knowledgeable alignment technician who can work past the published 4Runner alignment specs and who understands how the caster cam bolts on the LCAs and the adjustable UCAs can be adjusted in unison to achieve a caster angle around +4 degrees while still keeping the wheel centered in the wheel well.

I've busy doing other things for a while, finally got my sh*t together and sat down to order my Overland warehouse complete 2.0 lift with racing UCA's only to find out that they're out of business. talked and e-mailed Andreas several times a month ago, he was very helpful and was looking forward to getting my kit. Hope he does well. What do you guys recommend as a second runner-up?

OW's were basically custom valved Radflows. Metaltech sells the 2.0 Radflows that are set up for 5th Gen 4Runners also.
Not sure what the difference is in the valving but talk to Mark or LT at Metaltech and they will probably know.......... Radflo Coilover for the 5th Gen 4Runner
I prefer Icons myself and they sell them too.
Both are reported to be top notch though!

First thing I'd do is try contacting Andries to see if they have any stock left that they could sell you. If not, you could buy the shocks from Radflo and springs from Swayaway I think. There's also a Radflo kit offered by Toytec and other vendors if you don't want to buy the parts separately. There are other good kits out there at varying price points like Icon and OME.
Light Racing UCAs are available from a number of places. I bought mine from Fat Bob's Garage because OW didn't carry them at the time and that's where Andries recommended getting them from.
