P-Metric Destination AT cold inflation pressure

Just got my P-metric Destination AT's mounted on my Trail last night. As everyone has said, great ride, and fairly quiet.

There's been a hit to the gas mileage--too soon to quantify--and I'm open that as they settle in and lose their newness, there might be an improvement in rolling resistance and gas mileage?

Heading out on a 4-5K miles trip in January and wondering what cold inflation pressure is working for folks with the p-metric Destination ATs?

Ready to say goodbye to The Office.

I run 36-38lbs in my destinations. they don't ride as smooth as the stock crap tires, but are much better overall. I'm not sure of my gas mileage hit. The destinations only weight 1lb more per tires in P-metric form than stock tires. But my mileage has been crap since about the second month of ownership.....

I'll have to shoot a few more and then post them on this thread. Got a family wedding this weekend. Busy. Busy. But I'll get back to this within a coupla days.

Hey, thanks for responding. I've bumped mine to 34 for now; already see an improvement in mileage. Life's a compromise. The higher pressure increases the mileage. Also increases the "features" of the road that are transmitted up. And at some point decreases wet/snow/ice traction.

Still looking for the sweet spot. Might get snow tonight.
