P0171 Question

Went ahead on my lunch break today and cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor w/ throttle body cleaner. Reset the computer by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. Tried to start it.....cranked but wouldnt turn over. Waited a minute, then it fired up a lil rough and idled a lil high for a minute or so then smoothed out. No CEL so far. Drove down to 7-11 and back. Got on it a little bit but didnt get over 55mph. Going on the highway on my way home so hopefully all is well! Fingers crossed!

MAF cleaning fixed this for me. After the ECU reset, I had to drive it half an hour before the inspection station would accept it as ready for inspection.
