P0333 Code

This morning the 4Runner threw a P0333 (knock sensor 2 circuit high input - bank 2)

I've done a preliminary inspection under the hood and don't see any damage to the wiring (we live in the woods - squirrels happen). I've been trying to download the FSM here on the site, but things have been touch and go getting it downloaded. :redbrick:

Can someone point me in the right direction as to where to find the bank 2 sensor?

Progress thus far...

I have a manual that states that the knock sensors are on top of the engine, but the cylinder heads have to be removed to get to them. :wow2:

Is there anyone who can elaborate on this a bit for me? I have never seen any kind of sensor mounted on top of the engine that required removing the heads to change it. This is getting uglier by the moment.
