P0441 EVAP System Incorrect Purge Flow

so as usual ill try to make this short and sweet. the vehicle was taken apart entirely about three years ago so I'm just going off where i think things go. i did some research that sometimes the charcoal canister cracks on the bottom? other than that my guess is i plugged a hose in somewhere incorrectly. does anybody see anything wrong in the pictures?

do you really think i haven't tried google or the search function here?

well, your hoses should all be set up right. maybe try testing the VSVs with a 9v to see if they click.
