Park / Neutral Safety Switch Circuit to Control an Accessory?

Hi all, I’d like to use the P/N Switch (circuit) to control whether an accessory can be turned on or not. In other words, so that the accessory can only be used when the car is in Park or Neutral. Not completely certain how to do it, beyond the basics of having that circuit control a relay to then power a 12 v circuit.

I’ve looked up the related circuits and all in the FSM and wiring manuals, but was hoping someone with greater wiring expertise would be able to give me some clear instruction / advise on how to accomplish this.

The park neutral switch provides a ground for the starter relay.

Tapping into this black with red stripe wire in the under hood junction box area as a ground for your relay to control whatever you want will work. You provide the power and switch to turn it on and use the black with red wire for the relay ground.
