What is the best way to find the part numbers of replacement parts for a 4th Gen 4Runner?

I'm looking for the compartment under the HVAC controls. I found it on a parts site, but they didn't list the part number.

That looks perfect! Just want to check on two things:
1) The '07 model is the newest one listed - should the parts be the same for the '08?
2) Where do I find the "vehicle frame code"? EDIT: I found that they had a VIN>Frame conversion chart, so I answered my own question. It's a UZN210L-GKAGKA.

An '08 will be the same except for an Urban Runner specific trim item or something to do with the VSC off... The little compartment door should be same.
