Ah ok, it can be done, but it's anything but easy, I ran into the same problem when I found a set in the junkyard, it took an hour or so but we were able to get em off there without messing up anything too terribly bad.

i am looking for a front passenger power window switch and if you still have the tonneau (cargo cover) i would also be interested in that. i live in olympia, but would be willing to meet in person to save on shipping!

Do you know how many miles the transmission has on it? I want to do the 5 speed swap on my 2000 SR5. How many of the components do you have left. I live in Washington, so if you had what I need it would probably be worth the drive down to save us both the hassle of figuring out shipping!
