Pic request for 96-98 LED gauge conversion

Yeah I didn't realize that when I bought them a year or so ago. I'm not sure they even sell them anymore. They are litteraly the exact same brightness as the stock incandescent bulbs; they are however a clean white without any yellowing like incandescent lights. Soon though I'll be ordering new brighter bulbs like the kind you linked to.

The bulbs you were running before they burnt out — were they bright enough that you could see the gauges lit up during the day?

The 194 won't fit behind the gauges though, unless I'm missing something.

Yes, they were plenty bright. They were the same style as the SB ones I linked, but obviously not the same quality. I have the LEDs that you have in my license plate spot because they are so dim :happy:

These are the ones I had and they fit fine. 3 #194 LEDs. Make sure you get good ones. I replaced mine with incandecent after 4 LEDs crapped out on me.

99s use different bulbs for the gauge. Instead of #194s I belive they use #24 bulbs.

Yeah, my LEDs are not bright enough. It's aggravating.

Crappy Phone pics but you get the idea.

The are #194 and #74 Bulbs made by PartsAm that i bought off Amazon for a total of $12
The only thing with hot spots is the A/C Controls because i use 1 SMD bulbs that face directly out of the socket but is not as noticeable in person.
I was able to fit a #74 Bulb in the ignition ring with no problem but the bulb was little long for the cig lighter ring but the way it is designed it an just slide over as far as it can and stays there.

The most important thing is all my lights now match my radio except the clock and need to buy blue Neo Wedge Leds for the various switches on the dash.
