It would look good if you didn't have the smashed nose. Since your truck is bone stock and you removed the emblems, taking off the running boards just make it look even more naked. Whereas on my truck, it looked much better when I took them off.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend putting them back on unless you have plans to mod your truck in the near future.

Your 4Runner is very plain, do something to the outside to spice it up a bit. Maybe some new rims, skid plate, grille inserts, or something like that to make it stand out in the crowd.

At least spring for something easy like a Valor Exhaust tip, or vent visors, maybe even a decent set of tires or rims.

Removing the emblems looks very clean on black vehicles, but makes lighter ones such as silver look very plain and generic. (Naked)

Also maybe not posting a pic of every angle of your truck would help save bandwidth since we don't need every angle/before and after just for running boards since it all looks the same no matter what side it's on.

I am always amazed how much color matters when it comes to mods and whether they improve or detract from the looks.

I know when I did this to my car it was one of the best mods I have ever done, it looked so much better.

Josh220 is totally right, with your t4r debadged and a light color it just makes your rig look very naked and pedestrian
