PIE-TOY-AUX2 Not Working

I just purchased a 2002 4Runner w/ the AD6803 head unit. I surfed the forums a bunch and decided to purchase the PIE-TOY-AUX2 and a Clarion stereo to aux cable. Seemed like a pretty straight forward install.

Today, I take off the dash, take out the head unit, plug in the PIE and...nothing. I turned on the radio and pressed CD twice, notta. I pressed two, three, four times, tried FM then quickly back to CD. I pressed, I held, nothing.

So I'm guessing I either got a defective unit or the AD6803 changer port doesn't work as advertised.

Can anyone advise? Thanks!

Just an update for anyone who stumbles onto this thread. Got an email back from PIE, apparently *none* of the AD-series of head units is compatible. This is not mentioned anywhere on there site (that I can find).

Now I want to figure out what stock head unit a 2002 4Runner would have came with that supported a CD changer and thus would support the PIE. Anyone?
