Had my 04' V6 w/ 4WD stored in a garage for 6 months. After I drove it out, I noticed a pinkish looking puddle that would've been located near the passenger rear wheel. I wiped it with some paper towels and it was the same pink color as my coolant, SLC, except it smelled like oil vs. sweet. The consistency did not seem like coolant but maybe a very thin oily texture even though there was only a pink color on the paper towel. All my fluids are OEM. My ATF is T-IV. So yesterday I parked it on a blue tarp with silver backing overnight and today there was an area on the silver side of the tarp near the passenger rear wheel that smelled like oil again and almost had a shine to it but without color or possibly a barely noticeable light hint of pink color. Are there any other OEM fluids on this year/model that have a pink color besides the coolant? Does anyone know where this is coming from and what the problem could be? Thanks!

My first thought is rusty water/condensation coming out of the exhaust, if so quite normal.

If you have rear heat there is probably a heater core somewhere behind one of the rear wheels, which is true of my '07 Highlander, which is leaking coolant on my driveway, there are two coolant lines running to it so I may just cut the lines and connect them together to by-pass the heater core.

Possible rear heat heater core, there's one on my '07 Highlander leaking coolant on floor, has two coolant lines to/from that can be hooked together to bypass the core.

I was starting at the least traumatic possibility, before others.
I have never heard of a 4th gen 4 Runner with a rear heater or any 4 Runner for that matter, I know my 2004 Limited doesn't have one, I would think if any model had a rear heater it would be the Limited.

It's definitely pink and not rust color and was located next to or near rear pass tire. I got under the car yesterday and will try to attach photos of a few holes in one pipe and some other areas that could be a problem. Never attached photos before, hopefully works. Was only able to attach to photos, will try to attach more in another reply. There's one photo not attached here that has a pink substance on outside of pipe but looks gooey to me. Thanks!

Oh maybe. I was thinking when AU seeker said exhaust that the meant the tail pipe. I posted some photos in the thread and there are some holes in pipes under vehicle.
Thank you. I attached the most important photos (I think) of possible problem areas. The color was definitely pink like the coolant so really don't think it's rusty water from exhaust. Also it smelled a little like oil.

I don't see anything pink in the first 2 photos. I do see grease spots. In the last posted photo I see something pink that could be red grease from something; u-joint grease maybe? Lucas oil has their "Red 'N Tacky" grease.

Thanks. Funnily enough I just watched a video on a Youtube channel over here where they drained a similar system on an Audi RS6. It's really thin fluid, not the thicker oil type consistency I was expecting.
