Yeah - wish I could find that deal. Have looked at those alot. probably the route I will take as well if I can find the right deal.

After installing the tires, I noticed they rubbed on the front splash guards. I fully expected this to happen. While removing them I noticed a ton of debris that fell out. Is this normal? This was pretty much the same on both sides. I spend like 30 min on each side shoving my finger and a screwdriver up there to get everything out. Seems like if leaves can get in there that water can and it would be a potential rust problem.

Any pictures of the truck as it sits now?
I am going to try to take some tonight. I need to figure out a way to mount my MAXSA Escaper buddy to my OEM roof rack, so hopefully I'll be taking more pics as that goes.
I'd also like to install my suspension this weekend before I take my t4r on the road to NM, but I am not sure if I will have time to get it finished. I expect removal of XREAS will not be quick. Plus I don't really want to damage anything because my wife has an 04 T4R sport, so I want the spare parts for her ride.

I can see them now. Whatever you did, it seems to have corrected it.
Alright, finally got some motivation this weekend (wife was out of town).
After lots of bloody knuckles and a terrifying experience with the spring compressors, I got the suspension installed.
I installed the Toytec Boss 2.0 front coilovers in the front and MT LT progressive springs in the rear with some Icon 2.0 shocks.
Adjusting those coilovers was a pain, but I got it mostly level with the rear (slight rake).
It is currently sitting at Firestone awaiting alignment. They already called me to say my caster was stuck at 1º. I guess maybe I need some UCAs next.
I also just ordered a diff drop because I didn't like the angle of my CVs.
I'll post some pics tomorrow.

Comments: In general, CBI (or Prinsu) really need to get their stuff together. My roof rack came with a very damaged box. In the box were damaged crossbars. Also, even if the crossbars weren't damaged, there still weren't the ones that I had ordered. After several emails back and forth (I tried to give them a break and let them knock some money off for the damaged bars and not making the ones I ordered, but they wouldn't), they sent the correct bars. Yesterday while trying to install everything, I noticed the washers they sent to attached the rack to the roof were too small to go through the bolts, so I found myself spending an extra 30 min or so drilling out 8 washers.
Aside from that the roof rack looks great. I did hear quite a bit of wind noise this morning while I was driving to work. I also had a new vibration at about 72mph. I am going to remove my MAXSA Tracks to see if they are causing the problem or if I need to invest in some weather stripping at the leading edge of the wind deflector.

Another thought separate from your other thread, they gave me huge fender washers for the mounting to roof locations. They were too large and would bend when tightened down. I threw those away and used smaller stainless steel washers. Pretty unfortunate that you have to source a bunch of hardware for an "engineered" product.
Where in TX? I'll be looking for people to go offroading with.

I mounted my light bar yesterday and that seems to have resolved my vibration problem. However, my vibration problems seems to have shook loose a lot of things in the sunroof because I have several new rattles now. I am going to look into greasing things this weekend to see if that fixes things.
