Plasti Dipped my Trail center caps black. Some pics

So they come off from the front? I was figuring on having to remove the wheel to get them off.

Pop right off from the front.

I assume most are all the same for the Trails, however in the jack kit that came with the vehicle, one of the ends of the tools has a bent/curved flat end that I used to easily pop one of the center caps off when I had to change a flat. Sorry don't have a picture, but think its on the end of the lug wrench included.

I have seen some images of TEs with the center caps removed, but no closeups. I have been thinking of trying that myself; so which do people prefer, black caps or no caps? I like the way a hole in the middle goes with the overall TE wheel design, but does that look too rough? Thanks for the info on how the caps come off, I also thought it would require removing the wheel.
