Plastic bushing for rear window tracks

Hi All,
Last week my rear power window fell when I hit a bad patch of gravel. One side of the window fell into the door leaving me with a wonky rear window. When I got home I opened up the back door and found that there was a little plastic bushing in the window track, and I could just pop the window lever arm back into the bushing.

Well today I drove over a set of railway tracks and the rear window fell again. This time when I opened up the rear door I found the plastic bushing had split in half.

The window mechanism seems to be in good (decent?) working order although the tracks are fairly rusted. I was going to remove the back window, then the tracks, clean them up with a wire brush and paint then grease them. The problem is I need to replace this broken bushing (and the other one too). I have searched around a bunch looking for part numbers or solutions but I haven found anything.

Does anyone have part numbers for these? Or any solution to replace them?

Much thanks

Passenger side or drivers side?

I already there away my old driver side, but I am about to change out my passenger side. I can send the whole assembly to you for shipping. It actually still works, I just changed the driver side lit cause it didn't work, and the replacement worked really well. So I decided to do both.

It is the plastic bushing on the rear hatch/lift gate on the passenger side but I figured that I would replace both while I was in there if I could find a reasonable solution. By the sounds of it you are referring to the rear passenger door, yes? And reading back I see why that may have though that, haha oops, my bad!

I am actually referring to the back door/tail gate.
