Ive got an SR5 in Super White...and id like to break up the full white face of it...

So i am trying to decide on what to color the lower front center...

Do i 'silver' it, similar to the TE's?
(matching the wheels, headlight accents, ect)
or

Do i it black it out?
(matching the rest of the grill, other external accent parts, tires)

Id really appreciate a few pix of white 5th Gens with either color...show me what my options look like...pretty please

and thank you

I plastidipped my emblems. Looks great. I love the white and blacked out look. I am throwing a little red as a contrast color. I even painted my calipers. [emoji2]
Good luck! The good thing about plastidip, is removable if you decide to change it.
Sorry the pictures came out sideways.

If you do it black it will look like a TRD Pro

If you do it silver it will look like a Trail Edition

I vote black as well. I'm personally not a big fan of the silver accents on the trail editions and prefer the color matched look of SR5's.

Also, while I've only plasti-dipped things in black, I might be worried about how the texture would look on a larger area like where you're talking about when using a lighter color like silver.

Not sure if that's a legit concern. Maybe someone who's used plastidip more extensively can chime in. I'm sure a lot boils down to prep prep prep!

At least if your not satisfied or change your mind you can always peal it off!

Best of luck
- Jeff
