Please help wearing tread on tires...

They look to be the same as the LCA bushings on the supra, they arent too bad if you have a torch and a hacksaw blade to get the outer sleeve out. The unfortunate thing is that the only poly replacement ones I can find also have the outer metal sleeve so they will likely have to be pressed in.

The energy suspension kit for the supra it was just a solid poly bushing with an inner metal sleeve, its kind of odd they dont seem to list a kit for the 4runner considering how much more common they are.

If you end up having to replace the LCA bushings you might as well order the poly swaybar and steering rack bushings as well and do it all at once.

Update

So after looking and rotating tires, I drove for a few hundred more miles. I took a look under the truck today because I was going to replace my steering rack bushings with polyurethane. Come to find out... My left CV shaft outer boot is completely shredded and my lower ball joint is cracked an worn, already!!!! I just replaced the LBJ last winter!!! The CV shafts are from orielly's and have a lifetime warranty thankfully. But they tore out way too fast! Thankfully I still have originals and am going to rebuild them. I now have to replace the LBJ and CV shafts again. It's only been 2 years and no more then 18k miles. I have to say never going to buy aftermarket LBJ or CV shafts again! What a joke!!! Oh well. The parts come in tomorrow and I plan on replacing them then.
