Possible V8 on 5th Gen?

If you're already paying $53-57 for a GX, the step from there to $65 isn't that big a percentage. Of course, we started at ~40-42 with the 4Runner. :sobbing:

It starts at $65k. But I'm guessing that they don't sell many without the upgrade package, and that does bring the price to ~$75, so basically I agree with you.

I figured I got a 'Land Cruiser Light' complete with the same V8 that was offered in the 2007 LC models when I bought my Sport V8 4Runner loaded for less than 34K OTD.

There is no way at all that I'd pay 75K for a LC let alone 65K or even 55K.

Maybe that's why the factory is pricing a V6 2010 4Runner Limited for 42K and thinking they'll get away with it.

I hear you. It is a boatload of money. I would buy a LC if I could afford it. I'd like the extra room -- my 4Runner is just not big enough when we go to Martha's Vineyard in the summer. But I can't afford it.
