Post your dinner

^^ Just did this at my buddys except his grill broke so we ripped the plates off and made a bonfire, rigged it up over that and boy was that tasty

theres something about ripping meat off a stick you cooked over a fire in a yard that makes me want to pound my chest and slap women

Beautifully said...the last part. This it's what I fixed up last night. Grilled bbq chicken, baked potato, stuffed portabello mushrooms, Kielbasa jalapeno sausage, fresh watermelon and salad. Mmmmmm, goooooood.

Void that looks awesome, need to make a run up to Philly here soon. Have you tried Simply Heinz ketchup? Way better than Hunts.

Did some pork spare ribs on the rotisserie yesterday, left the brisket attached and just sort of rolled and tied it up with some butcher twine. Cooked it for about 3.5 hours at 200 or so and then wicked it up towards the end, along with some hickory chips. The results were awesome!!

Excellent work. Pork spare ribs are one of my specialties a well. Brown sugar and orange/lime juice are my friends among other concoctions.
