Lifted my 11 Limited this past week using Toytec 3" lift and added new Level 8 17" wheels, -10 offset and 285/70/17 Cooper Discoverer ATP tires. Moved front wheel wells and reshaped front of wheel well with heat. No rubbing. Here are before and after pictures.

Mods:

- Tinted windows

- TRD Sidesteps

- Toytec 3" Bilstein 5100 lift kit

- 2" Wheel Spacers

- Goodyear Wrangler Tires (had to remove mudflap to get rid of most of the rubbing noise)

- Next Mod: Gobi Stealth Roof Rack or Baja Rack and rear ladder.

Good luck with waiting for your Gobi, I never realized how long 8 weeks can be!!

Bilstein Ultimate 3" Lift Kit

Looks so much nicer with lift kit and good ground clearance. I am considering Bilstein ultimate 3" lift kit, was wondering if anyone has tried this particular kit?
I am a bit concerned about cv joint wear, from my understanding the front differential drop kit should take care of cv joint wear.

Bilstein's front & back - Had to do some minor trimming in the wheel well due to the -12 offset but easy fix. The alignment came out perfect and everything feels great.

Major improvement over stock suspension!
