Problems w/removing pins for brake pads

I had some stubborn ones living in the rust belt. Here's how I do it. Dremel the heads off the pins. Take a flat bevel attachment to the air hammer and push them in. Mine only gets 1/2". Then I use some 5/16 rod cut short and hit it with a flat attachment to the air hammer. Of course penetrating oil too. If that doesn't work, you're probably due for calipers anyways.
