They are your blinkers as well so I assume the lights on the outer edges. See this thread for pics and I'm sure if you PM him he can answer more specifically

You sort of lose your DRLs . Unless you find a halogen housing for that spot.. which is really rare these days. Most are LEDs.
The DRL circuit is integrated with the blinker. If you put an LED in there.. the truck sees the amp draw drop during blinker operation and it causes a fast blink. You can eliminate that with a resistor to consume some load... but those will burn out if you run the lights as DRLs.
So you have a choice between not using your DRLs and having a normal blink, or having a fast blink and continue to use DRLs. There may be another easy solution, but I have not come up with one yet.

Get higher rated resistors, or wire the parking lights up as drl/signals
