Quick fire family friendly wheeling/camping?

I'm going to be out there today, do you have any recommended spots besides the usual Coyote Canyon, etc.....Hoping that the crowds aren't so bad on a Monday.

That's pretty much what I did. It has google map links with coordinates for some of the pictures. There's the usual Di Giorgio Rd and Coyote Canyon and you can go even further east on S22 near mile markers 30 and 31 and explore around south/southeast Borrego Springs. It mentions there are still flowers around the south/southwest part of Anza Borrego Park and hardly anyone around. Maybe not the same "fields" of flowers though. Hopefully that info helps.

Thanks man! Yeah that's the site I get on for the wildflower reports every year too, good info. I'm thinking I'll head down some other washes too and see what I can find. It was gorgeous down Carrizo Wash a few weeks ago.

Ya the more you get away from borrego springs the more you'll avoid the crowds. I didn't have any special spots or anything.

Looks familiar I went 5 days after you on Feb 23rd...must've rained pretty hard in those 5 days

Also did Diablo Drop the same weekend. Wasn't rutted or anything
