Quick question regarding ScanGauge II fuel cutoff settings

I did a search before posting this, but couldn't find it, so pardon me if it's already been asked.

After installing the ScanGaugeII, I'm getting a mileage of 9999mpg when coasting. I checked the manual for it, and it recommended adjusting the fuel cutoff number in advanced settings. Since I know there are several people on this board that use the SGII, I thought I would ask rather than just randomly try different numbers I've found on other forums (one post said 11-12), which could lead to inaccurate results anyway.

Update: I tried setting it to 16, and I still got the 9999mpg error, so I went lower - to 12, and it seems to have stopped.
