radio and rear window switch not working

hi all, im new to the board...and I have a 2000 sr5 4runner with 168000, never any problems until yesterday. My radio and rear window switch stopped working, however the window operates by using the key in the rear tailgate...I was thinking a fuse, I checked a few of them, nothing is clearly marked for the radio and rear window, and the ones I checked are good.....any ideas???

Have you popped the dash off to see if the plug just came off/loose (for some wacky reason) on the switch? I'm a newbie too, but have had my dash apart 20 times doing stereo install and whatnot....All those connectors in the back of the dash panel have to be nice and snug.

I haven't, why would both radio and the switch stop working??? Are they connected?
