Radio backlight flickering when headlights are on

For a while now, the backlighting on the radio display has been flickering anytime the headlights are turned on. Not harshly like off and on but more of a steady flicker. When the headlights are not on, it's lit normally. Anyone else had this or know what it might be?

Mine too, but only when I have the dash dimmed. If I had to guess I'd say that the radio uses different voltage steps then the dash lights and it gets confused when the lights are dimmed.
