Changed out a lot of these at Disney World.

Spent 3 years in Halifax in College, another year in Edmonton when I was a kid.

It's one of those things that never makes sense.

I was going to say no, but this post made me realize I have probably had it before. Just never thought about how it got into the dispensers - probably because breakfast is too early for any thinking to take place! :madgrin:

I chose "no" for the poll, as that's what I would have selected had I not realized the dispensers were filled with bagged milk.

On second thought... would the cows udder be considered a bag? I've heard of "Bag Balm", which I believe is a soothing/moisturizing lotion the dairy industry uses on the udders to keep them healthy and not irritated. People have said it's great for soothing chapped hands in the winter.

I remember plastic "jugs" for bagged milk as a kid, basically a holder for the bag with a handle so you could pour it. I don't ever remember having this at my house or seeing it in stores though, only when we were visiting family in BC/AB I think.

I don't remember bags breaking in the lunchroom at school - the plastic, from what I remember, was fairly thick. The first challenge was to insert the straw without making a mess. The next challenge was keeping the boys from squirting each other.

ahh yep, bringin me back to grade school and summer camp. Had to change them out in the mornings when I pulled kitchen duty. That actually translated nicely to buying box wine in college- pull the bag out of the box, tape bag to midsection, walk in to the football stadium, and presto! party time.
