Range miles at fillup

OK, 04 V6 with 76000m. Computer gives me 419miles but actually get around 350-380miles. However I must say I drive a lot faster than the average person here because my speed is usually at least 80mph. Most days it is around a 100mph. So I know where it goes...if I drove slower and did not have to blast the AC lately for the dog I would get better results. But anything below 75 seems like creeping, and the dog is comfy so oh well.
Other than that it is major punishment to go back stateside...but the nice Officers always let me go when I say I live overseas and give them a smile.

yea i wanna here more about this too
There were quite a few less 09's made compared to other years, and the V8's were always a relatively small minority of 4Runners. Especially outside these forums. However some of the big Toyota dealers would have sold 3 or more 2009 V8's alone, so obviously someone is engaging in to describe an unusual vehicle.

Recently bought '06 v6 4wd stock 100k, AC on almost all summer and a heavy foot. Mostly highway. I get about 370 miles per tank. I'm surprised at how good mileage some of you's w/ v8's are getting. Is the tank the same size on the v8 as on the v6?

i just took a road trip from Denver to San Diego. the gas mileage was ok, my V6 avg'd 380/tank. i drove about 75-80mph most of the time which im sure didnt help the fuel economy.
the mtn drives killed me, but in the open areas i bet i could have topped out over 400. I almost ran out of gas in the middle of UT at almost midnight so the rest of the trip i topped off any chance i had which makes it hard for an accurate reading. the FTE indicator always read between 380-400 though
