That helps, thank you! You've got the same 4" difference between the two that I have, and after putting the filler plate on flat ground and measuring the height difference of the plate to only be 2.5" I think my plate simply wasn't bent to the right angle or I have the wrong plate.

That sucks. Hopefully RCI will replace it for you in a timely manner. Best bet is call them until they answer.

Yeah, getting a hold of Josh can be difficult...but with all the information you guys helped me gather he did tell me this morning that he's going to be emailing me a return shipping label...thinks that mine wasn't bent to the right angle. Of course, it's nearly 4pm and I haven't received the shipping label yet, but I'm still hopeful...

Super interesting, so sorry to dig up an old post, but I just did my full skid install with the filler plate on my 2010 SR5 and had the same issue.

When I see the pics in this thread I can tell the 14-18 bumpers are a different height and I can see the filler plate fitting perfectly. Is it still an issue with the 10-13?

My pics look the same as [MENTION=110242]ur2ez22[/MENTION]. Just wondering if this was resolved? I am calling RCI to see what they think.

Did the filler plate install yesterday and happy to report the fitment was spot-on.

This will tide me over until the eventual front bumper replacement.

I never got any torque specs for those front two bolts. Didn’t over crank them, hopefully they hold ok.
