I just finished installing the Daystar 2.5 / 1.5 lift/level spacer kit and putting on 285/55/20 BFG A/T KO's. Despite the rubbing which still requires trimming, everything looks great. I installed the front part of the lift because I have trust issues with my baby, but let the tire guys do the rear since it was cheap. I have one concern though. I found one of the rear bump stops in the vehicle - not sure where the other one is, but it's not perched inside the rear coil anymore.
My question: Do I even still need them in there? Why would they be removed? The instructions that came with the lift kit state that the bump stop should be reinstalled on top of the spacer, and the spacers look like they're designed to support them. I'm trying to find out the correct answers before I ask the tire guys - I'd rather not accuse them of something if they actually did the right thing.
Oh, and pics will be coming soon.
