I've been having problems with my back hatch on and off since shorty after I bought it, and then recently, it's basically stopped working all together. At first, the pull handle on the outside wouldn't work, so I pulled it apart and found that something had came loose, and then it was back to normal. Then the back window started having problems going up/down. Not that is was slow, it just would make it halfway, and stop and acted like it wasn't responding. Now, it will not go up or down, and is currently stuck up. This wasn't a big deal either, because I rarely used it and I could do without it. After a while, I noticed that the wiper, defrost, washer nozzle, AND the lock wouldn't work. So now it's a problem, because it's now always unlocked, and any Tom, Dick, or Harry can just pop open the back hatch and help themselves to anything in my car. I'm at a loss of what it could be, because mainly I don't really know anything about the hatch area electronics/mechanics. Any ideas of what could have caused all of these to go out at the same time? Or any remedies? I've already tried the window button up for 15+ seconds, and no dice. What else do you brilliant folks have in mind? :shrug:
