Rear Panel 120v Outlet

I saw somewhere on here an outlet plug for the back that had the standard 120v plug, but can't for the life of me find it again (should have bookmarked it). Anyway, does anyone know off hand where to get a plug similar to this one, but has the standard 120v three prong outlet? Was it retrofitted maybe? Im adding an inverter on the other side and I want to keep it looking OEM and salvaged a panel from the junk yard to put it in, but can't find the plug. Maybe it was just retrofitted?

The one you saw was probably custom fitted. It looks like it'd be easy to custom install a NEMA 5-15 receptacle if you have that 12V plate in your photo.
As far as I know, there were no factory 120V AC outlets in this generation.

Any info on wiring these things in? I'm assuming you'd still need an inverter placed somewhere.

I'm going to put the inverter behind the rear/trunk drivers side panel (opposite the cubby hole in the back). As far as wiring, I'm just going to plug in an outdoor extension cord (orange one) to the inverter and cut the other end off then wire that the same as the plugs are to the outlet. Should be pretty straight forward. The plugs that Brilliant has aren't three prong, so I'll just skip the ground plug (bottom round hole).
